Airplane! is a fast-paced spoof comedy about Ted Striker, a traumatized former pilot who boards a flight to win back his ex-girlfriend, Elaine. When food poisoning incapacitates the pilots and many passengers, Ted is forced to overcome his fear of flying and land the plane.
